Since 2017, the Coop Group’s Annual Report has been available exclusively online at report.coop.ch. For reasons of sustainability, Coop is no longer publishing a printed report.

The Coop Group's Annual Report is published annually in German, French, Italian and English. The German version is authoritative. The editorial deadline for the 2025 report was 18 March 2026.

Sustainability reporting
This Annual Report of the Coop Group is an integrated annual report. As sustainability is an integral part of all strategies and projects at Coop, the sustainability aspects are highlighted for every topic. In addition to the Annual Report, the Coop Group's Sustainability Report in accordance with GRI, as well as the Coop Group's TCFD-based Climate Issues Report, is published online each May at https://www.actions-not-words.ch/reporting.

Coop Group in figures
The "Coop Group in Figures" section of the Annual Report includes key figures relating to the Coop Group, a report on the financial year, as well as the consolidated financial statements in accordance with the accounting and reporting recommendations (Swiss GAAP ARR).

Corporate governance
The information on corporate governance outlines all the principles and rules used to manage and monitor the structures and conduct of the Coop Group's leadership. The report essentially follows the "Corporate Governance Guideline" (RLCG) of SIX Swiss Exchange AG. The Coop Group is committed to responsible, targeted and integrated corporate governance.
