The 31 Prodega stores stock the widest range in Swiss wholesale. Deliveries are made from Transgourmet regional warehouses, mostly linked directly to a cash & carry store.

Panofina

Pearlwater
Pearlwater bottles around 106 million litres of mineral water and soft drinks every year. The water that forms the basis of all our beverages comes from five unique mineral water springs in the Valais Alps. Pearlwater protects the environment around the water sources and secures their water reserves in the long term through targeted measures, such as landscape conservation and regular inspections of the spring water protection zones.

Reismühle Nutrex
Every year, Reismühle Nutrex produces over 12 000 tonnes of rice in 80 different varieties from around the world as well as over 9 million litres of vinegar in 58 varieties. Over two thirds of the rice and one third of the vinegar come from ecological and sustainable cultivation. Reismühle Nutrex supplies more than 2.5 million people with rice and 7 million people with vinegar annually.

Swissmill
Crusty bread, healthy muesli flakes, tasty pasta and biscuits: Swissmill mills more than 207 000 tonnes of grain each year, producing over 100 different types of flour, semolina, flakes, mixes and speciality products.

Bergquellfisch Frutigen
Bergquellfisch Frutigen is known for premium fish products from the Bernese Oberland. As a pioneer of sustainable aquaculture, BQF rears perch and sturgeon in 84 fish tanks filled with mineral-rich mountain spring water. Fresh fish fillets, smoked fish and Oona Caviar of the highest quality are processed and produced regionally. The caviar from Bergquellfisch Frutigen has won awards as the world's best caviar.

Vina Raurica
Vina Raurica vinifies must from nine Swiss cantons. Wines from all over the world are refined, managed, bottled and packaged. Sparkling and semi-sparkling wines are produced as well. Vina Raurica collaborates with 180 business partners around the globe. The facility in Pratteln has 26 employees and fills 36 million bottles a year, making it the largest winery in Switzerland.

Banana ripening plant
The banana ripening facility ripens 31 500 tonnes of bananas annually and packages them together with around 1 300 tonnes of dried fruit and nuts. The facility is one of the most technically and environmentally advanced in Europe.
