Since 2017, the Annual Report of the Coop Group has been available exclusively online at report.coop.ch. For reasons of sustainability, Coop is no longer publishing a printed report.
The Annual Report of the Coop Group is published each year in German, French, Italian and English. The German version is authoritative. The copy deadline for the 2018 Annual Report was 6 March 2019.

Figures cited in the body of the text usually refer to 2018. Generally speaking, the information in this report refers to the entire Coop Group. Any deviations from this principle are mentioned.
This Annual Report of the Coop Group is an integrated annual report. As sustainability is integral to all of Coop’s strategies and projects, the sustainability aspects are highlighted for each topic. In addition to the integrated annual report, each year in May Coop publishes an online “Sustainability Progress Report” for interested experts at www.coop.ch/sd-bericht. This report also serves as a Communication on Progress report under the United Nations Global Compact.
Coop Group in figures
The “Coop Group in figures” section of the annual report contains the key indicators relating to the Coop Group, a report on the financial year and the annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP ARR (Accounting and Reporting Recommendations).
The information on governance describes the entire organizational and content-related design of the management and oversight of the Coop Group. The report essentially adheres to the Swiss Exchange AG’s guidelines on corporate governance. The Coop Group is committed to responsible, target-oriented and integrated governance.
